Nature Therapy simply involves us walking and talking by the sea, allowing us to benefit from the therapeutic properties of nature. Time outdoors has been shown to decrease levels of stress, depression, and anxiety.

Short-Term Solutions-Focused Therapy
This is a 6-10 week course of counselling sessions that focus on problem-solving, goal-setting and life coaching. A perfect approach for achieving some clarity of thinking if you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed by a current situation.
